Shipping
Kashukuma ships to the United States and Canada.
Pre-orders
The current drop is still being embroidered by hand, so sets are sold as pre-orders. Orders placed now are expected to ship in October 2026, and payment is taken in full when you order. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your set is dispatched by emailing admin@kashukuma.com. If the ship date changes we will email you with a revised date, and you can keep the order or cancel it.
Processing time
Your order is prepared and dispatched as quickly as we can manage. Because our pieces are made in small batches and shipped internationally, we appreciate your patience.
Shipping options and costs
Standard and expedited shipping are available to both the United States and Canada. Available options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Customs and duties
Canadian customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Kashukuma is not able to predict or cover these fees.
Returns
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unwashed and unused
- In their original condition

How to return
Email us at admin@kashukuma.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is on us. Sending an item back costs you nothing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kashukuma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
